For the year 2007-2008, 23 companies were recruited and assessed in the various sub sectors of the Agro processing for the CP demonstration project carried out by the NCPC-SA. This sub sectors included, Chicken abattoirs, Ostrich Abattoirs, Organic farm, Leather Tanneries, Breweries, Chicken farms, Wineries, Oil refineries and Footwear manufactures.
